Job description:

•    You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with hotel/resort’s Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. 
•    The Manager of Food and Beverage is responsible to function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel/resort are individually profitable. 
•    Full in charged in overall administration and operation of Food & Beverage Department by being ultimately accountable for overall delivery of memorable dining experience for every guests.

Duties:


•    Be responsible for Food & Beverage Division overall operation and administration; 
•    Drive and maintain high service standard and guest satisfaction; 
•    Plan business strategy and season's promotion; 
•    Cost control, Profit & Lost analysis to maximize profits 
•    To ensure resort/hotel Food Safety Management System is strictly implemented; 
•    People Management including headcount planning, recruitment, performance management, training & development, etc. 

3. Requirements

•    Strong leadership skills and excellent inter-personal skills 
•    Native Vietnamese, and fluent in oral and written English
•    Minimum 3 years FBM experience 
•    Minimum 5 years International class Hotel working experiences
•    Possess a degree/diploma in hospitality management or F&B related field. 
•    Strong awareness of markets and up-to-date knowledge of competitive environment. 
•    Proactive in acquiring new business opportunities and acts upon them. 
•    Strong awareness of financial issues such as revenue enhancement, costs, profits/ losses cash flow etc 
•    Strong in F&B marketing planning and managing food promotion events.
